Therapy for life’s transitions and the deeper work of becoming yourself.

I offer a warm, collaborative space where we can explore the patterns, experiences, and questions that may be keeping you stuck. My approach blends evidence-based therapy with curiosity, mindfulness, and genuine human connection. Whether you’re navigating a major transition, feeling disconnected from yourself, or simply sensing that something needs to change, we’ll work together at a pace that feels thoughtful, practical, and grounded.

Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)

ACT helps us loosen the struggle with difficult thoughts and feelings so we can put more energy toward what matters. I’m especially drawn to its emphasis on values, meaning, choice, and building the flexibility to move toward a fuller life even when discomfort is present.

Voice Dialogue

Voice Dialogue is a way of getting curious about the different parts of ourselves, especially the ones that protect, criticize, avoid, strive, or hold strong emotions. I’ve trained with teachers connected to Hal and Sidra Stone’s work, and I value this approach because it helps create more understanding, choice, and compassion within our inner world.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness has shaped both my personal life and my work as a therapist. I spent several years living and practicing in a Buddhist retreat community, where I learned to pay close attention to awareness, embodiment, compassion, and the space between what we feel and how we respond. I continue to draw from those practices in a grounded, non-dogmatic way.

Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy

I provide preparation, integration, and psychotherapy related to psychedelic experiences, including through my work at the Humboldt Center for New Growth in Arcata, CA. I’m drawn to this work because altered states can sometimes open unusual windows into emotion, memory, meaning, and possibility, and therapy can help make those experiences more understandable and useful in everyday life.
